KB Home and Park Square Homes, two of the home builders in the award-winning community, are near sellout with only limited opportunities left for their single-family home models within the community’s Brightwood neighborhood, available to view here.

At Wildleaf, home builder Neal Communities, has construction underway for their villas and single-family homes, starting prices are yet to be announced. Wildleaf will offer a total of 377 homes and will feature water and conservation view homesites with convenient access to the community’s next central amenity center, the Greenway – the community’s main pedestrian and bikeable artery – planned trails, and future middle school. The neighborhood will also connect to the existing pools, parks and recreation at Brightwood and Riverfield.
