David has over 30 years of experience overseeing accounting for retail, residential and commercial properties. In his role at Neal Land & Neighborhoods, he oversees cashflow, financial forecasting and budgeting, ensures compliance with industry standards and government regulations, as well as reviewing, approving and signing tax and legal documents.
Prior to joining Neal Land & Neighborhoods, he served as a Portfolio Controller for a property management company, preparing and approving closing statements for 1,000+ residential units. His experience also includes working at well-established real estate management and investment businesses, where he participated in the takeover of new assets and dispositions and prepared return on investment calculations.
David earned his Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Missouri. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University.
