Jim serves as Financial Controller for Neal Land & Neighborhoods, managing financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, and internal controls to ensure the financial stewardship of our communities and development projects.
He brings decades of leadership experience in finance, accounting, and business operations, including extensive work in commercial and real estate development. Throughout his career, Jim has partnered with executive teams to strengthen financial performance, guide strategic decision-making, and implement processes that support long-term organizational growth.
Jim holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in both Florida and New Jersey.
