(April 30, 2025) – Neal Land & Neighborhoods hosted its annual Realtor Appreciation & Awards Event for its Vistera of Venice and North River Ranch master-planned communities on April 17. The event celebrated Realtors with the highest number of sales and homebuyer registrations for each community. It was hosted at Camp Creek, the newly opened amenity at North River Ranch, located at 11645 Camp Creek Trail. Neal Land & Neighborhoods is a local, land developer led by John A. Neal.
In addition to the awards, Realtors learned about the latest community updates, experienced the new amenity features at Camp Creek, and networked with the community’s home builders. Attendees also enjoyed live music, prizes, cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres.

- Third place – George Dustman with The Dustman Group.

- First place – Mary Charland with Gulf Shores Realty.
- Second place – Jeff MacDonald with Century 21 Real Estate, Katy Lively with Hanley Homes Group, and Danielle Dietrich with Coldwell Banker Realty.
Through its Realtor Appreciation Program, Neal Land & Neighborhoods offers Realtors early access to community updates, model homes, amenity tours, and builder incentives.
