Four home models in the master planned communities received ‘Best Overall’ Awards.
Sarasota, Fla. (March 26, 2024) – Neal Land & Neighborhoods’ two master-planned communities received Best Overall Awards in their categories, from the Suncoast Builders Association during the Parade of Homes Gala on March 21. North River Ranch in Manatee County was awarded Best Overall Development and Vistera of Venice in Sarasota County was awarded Best Overall Community. Neal Land & Neighborhoods is a local land development organization led by John A. Neal.
In North River Ranch, the Brighton model home from Cardel Homes Florida and Sea Mist from Neal Communities received Best Overall awards in their single-family home categories. In Vistera of Venice, Amelia model home from M/I Homes and the Redwing from David Weekley Homes won Best Overall in their single-family home categories.

This is the fourth consecutive year North River Ranch has received an ‘Overall Best’ Award for the Suncoast Builders Association’s Parade of Homes. North River Ranch has previously been awarded Best Master-Planned Community for the Bradenton Herald’s Bradenton’s Best Awards and Silver for Best New Home Community for SRQ Magazine’s Best of Awards.
