PARRISH, Fla. (Sept.22, 2023) – Plans for Neal Land & Neighborhoods’ wellness-focused Village Center at North River Ranch progress as HCA Florida Healthcare prepares for a phase one announcement of its future medical facility at North River Ranch – planned to be the first medical facility of this caliber built north of the Manatee River. The medical facility, which Manatee County commissioners unanimously approved in May 2023, will be accessed from U.S. 301 as a part of the Village Center, located on the northeast corner of Moccasin Wallow Rd and Fort Hamer Rd. The Fort Hamer Rd extension, designed and built by Neal Land & Neighborhoods, will enable access to the new and forthcoming medical facility.
