SARASOTA, Fla. (May 28, 2024) – Neal Land & Neighborhoods has promoted Janice Snow from executive director of marketing to vice president of marketing for the company. In her new role, Snow will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s overall marketing strategy and driving new growth initiatives and brand recognition. Neal Land & Neighborhoods is an award-winning land development organization in Southwest Florida led by John A. Neal.
Snow has been an invaluable asset to the company since 2019. She has managed robust marketing operations, including exceptional brand development and award-winning campaigns for North River Ranch and Vistera of Venice, Neal Land & Neighborhoods’ master-planned communities in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Snow has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the new home and real estate industry.

Snow has previously served as president of the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) for the Tampa Bay Builders Association, for which she received the first Gold National Award for ‘SMC of the Year’ from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). With Snow at the helm of marketing, Neal Land & Neighborhood’s communities have received national and regional industry awards including recognition in ‘The Nationals’ from NAHB.
Neal Land and Neighborhoods has also promoted David Goben to Chief Financial Officer. Goben has over 30 years of experience overseeing accounting for retail, residential and commercial properties.
Kris Watts was recently promoted from accounting supervisor to accounting manager. Watts has proven instrumental in accounts management and software implementation since joining the company.
