(April 13, 2023) – North River Ranch, the master-planned community developed by Neal Land &Neighborhoods, has been recognized as the ‘Overall Best Community’ in Category 1 by the Parade of Homes Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association. The following models by home builders at North River Ranch received ‘Overall Best’ Awards in their respective categories:
- The Captiva, David Weekley Homes
- Tidewater 2, Neal Communities
- Margate II, Park Square Homes
- Mystique, Pulte Homes
Home builders at North River Ranch received a total of 25 awards, including Bayshore II by Homes by WestBay for ‘Best Kitchen’.

This is the third consecutive year North River Ranch has received an ‘Overall Best’ Award by the Parade of Homes Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association, previously garnering ‘Overall Best Development’. North River Ranch recently received the Best of SRQ Silver Best New Home Neighborhood in addition to being named Best Master-Planned Community by the people’s choice in Bradenton Herald’s Bradenton’s Best Awards.
