In a high-demand housing market, builders at the master-planned community surpass $45M in sales volume in the first three months of 2021
Neal Land & Neighborhoods reports stronger than anticipated sales during the first quarter of 2021 at its master-planned community in Parrish, North River Ranch. The builders at the flagship community, currently in phase one of development, inked 127 total sales, far exceeding the projection of 85 sales.

A total of five home builders are actively selling in the community, including Centex, KB Home, Homes by WestBay, Park Square Homes and David Weekley Homes. Neal Communities begin selling townhomes later this month.
The five home builders have collectively closed $45.4 million in sales volume. The average home sold for $357,000 and is on average 2,272 square feet. More than 60 homes at North River Ranch are now occupied. Each of the award-winning home builders offer a wide selection of high-tech, energy-efficient single-family homes and townhomes of varying size.
