CITY OF BRADENTON RECOGNITION
Neal Land & Neighborhoods President John A. Neal and
his family have generously helped the City of Bradenton
and its residents with the transformation of land into this
beautiful new park that will serve as a passive recreation
area and provide access to kayaking and other activities on
Ware’s Creek. John often says, “we focus on Southwest
Florida because this is our home,” when discussing Neal
Land & Neighborhoods, and we are proud to be able to
say this vision carries through to his personal and family
philosophies as well.
