Neal Land & Neighborhoods is dedicated to enhancing the local communities where we develop. We entered into a public-private partnership with Manatee County to extend the Fort Hamer Road from U.S. 301 to Moccasin Wallow Road and north to Buckeye Road, adding turn lanes, bike lanes, and sidewalks. Additionally, we’ve elevated the North River Ranch community even more with retailers such as Publix, Fifth Third Bank, Papa Johns, Foxtail Coffee at Market Walk, HCA Florida North River Ranch Emergency (opened August 2025), the future hospital, employers, and services coming to NRR Village. OTher community support and outreach is extremely important to us, and we value collaborating with Manatee County, Step Up Suncoast, and Meals on Wheels.
