(May 20, 2026) – Neal Land & Neighborhoods, a leading land planning and master-planned community development firm in Southwest Florida, has refined its Realtor outreach and appreciation programs with the launch of the Realtor Circle Program. The evolved program further strengthens collaboration with real estate partners and supports early buyer engagement across its master-planned communities, North River Ranch and Vistera of Venice.
Building on the success of the program introduced in 2023, the Realtor Circle Program features a more comprehensive, performance-based structure that recognizes Realtors’ involvement throughout the homebuying journey, not solely at closing. Participants earn quarterly incentives based on cumulative activity, including home sales, client registrations, and post-visit customer feedback.
Janice Snow, V.P. of Marketing, named Kristen Oriente as the dedicated Realtor Liaison for Neal Land & Neighborhoods. “Creating a dedicated Realtor Liaison role was a very intentional decision to enhance the Realtor Circle Program,” said Snow. “Kristen oversees the program and serves as a direct resource for agents, providing current information on the company’s communities, builder updates, and buyer opportunities.”
Most recently, Oriente hosted Realtor appreciation events recognizing the program’s 2025 top-performing agents, including Brittany and Jordan Coleman of The Coleman Group; Kari Pate and Joshua Jeffords, both with HomeSmart, and Christian Quintana with Elite Home Team.
