The new neighborhood, Riverfield, marks continued growth and expansion of the multi-phase development, meeting the increased demand for housing in the Southwest Florida area.
Located south of Moccasin Wallow Road and Fort Hamer Road in North River Ranch, the Riverfield neighborhood of North River Ranch will feature three- and four-bedroom single-family homes and townhomes by renowned and respected homebuilders, David Weekley Homes and Neal Communities. Builders will release homesites for sale over phases, with early anticipated average home sale prices for the initial phase falling in the mid-$200s.
