Neal Land sells 1100 units near planned high school in Parrish

Thanks to Neal Land, buyers will have more housing options to choose from when a new residential community opens its doors in 2018. One thousand one hundred units sold for $15.4 million and will encompass 445 acres. The Southwest Florida firm handled the land acquisition, entitlement and financing for the project, which is located near the planned elementary school and recently named Parrish Community High School that is set to open in 2019.  The new community is planned to be part of the up-and-coming North River Ranch master-planned development located on the northwest quadrant of the Moccasin Wallow Road and U.S. 301 intersection, which is expected to open in the first quarter of 2018. The closing of the property was in conjunction with Reeder Acquisition Partners, LP, who will work to further develop the community for D.R. Horton “We are excited to be bringing D.R. Horton along with other builders to our Neal Land properties,” said John Neal, president of Neal Land Ventures. “As for the local market, North Manatee continues to be strong because of the central location and proximity to shopping areas and job centers.”
