Neal Land Ventures, a full-service land acquisition, entitlement and development firm, recently bought 290 acres in Venice for $12,500,000 [$18,000,000]. Pamlico Point Management, LLC, an affiliate of companies related to Neal Land Ventures and Neal Communities, will be the buyer listed on the property located north of Border Road and south of Laurel Road in Venice.
“We acquire and plan properties with the commitment to responsible building and development, economic growth of the community and ecological accountability,” said John Neal, president of Neal Land Ventures.
Neal Land Ventures’ Woods at Venice community is to the east of the new site. Woods at Venice has been approved for 263 single-family homes with a plan that focuses on environmental conservation, preserving 50 percent of its land in open space.
The company operates in Southwest Florida, primarily in Manatee and Sarasota counties. One of Neal Land Ventures’ latest initiatives is a new master-planned community called North River Ranch in Parrish, north Manatee County.
