Home Builders Open Model Homes at Vistera of Venice

VENICE, Fla. (March 20, 2024) – Seven new model homes from three premier home builders, David Weekley Homes, M/I Homes, and Neal Communities, have officially opened at Vistera of Venice, located one mile east of I-75 on Laurel Rd. The model homes are now available for walk-ins and scheduled tours during regular business hours. Vistera of Venice is the gated, master-planned community by local and award-winning land developer Neal Land and Neighborhoods.

On March 23, Neal Communities will host a grand opening event beginning at 11 a.m. Model homes from M/I Homes and David Weekley Homes will also be open for tours. The home builders offer a range of home designs, including one and two-story homes, with ready-to-build and quick move-in options.

From David Weekley Homes, the following models range from 1,837-2,972 sq. ft.:

  • The Mapleton, from The Cottage series, features a modern, open floorplan featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a flex room, a lanai, and a two-car rear garage. The outdoors is maximized with under-roof living and a pool. Pricing starts in the low $500s.

  • Redwing, from The Garden Series, is a two-story home featuring an expansive owner’s retreat with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a contemporary open kitchen, an upstairs family room, and a deluxe lanai. Pricing starts in the high $500s.

From M/I Homes, the following model ranges from 1,837-2,972 sq. ft:

  • Amelia features an open layout with the kitchen as the focal point, three bedrooms, two-and-one-half bathrooms, a flex space, an extensive outdoor lanai, and a two-car garage. The model home showcases a fenced-in pool. Pricing starts in the low $500s.

  • M/I Homes is in the process of completing a second model home, The Daintree. It is projected to open in early summer.

From Neal Communities, the following single-family homes range from 1,904-2,456 sq. ft. and the villas range from 1,638-1,848 sq. ft.:

  • Harvest 3, from The Cove Series, is a single-family home featuring a kitchen with a walk-in pantry and large island, a generously designed owner’s suite with recessed ceiling, and an oversized walk-in closet and gorgeous lanai.
